Better From the Start
Bamboo Paper
All the interior pages of our journals and notebooks are made with bamboo paper—one of the most renewable resources out there. Bamboo grows up to three feet per day, thriving even in depleted soil, making it a smarter choice for paper products.
Soy Based Ink Printing
Every journal and notebook we print uses soy-based ink—a petroleum-free alternative that makes recycling easier and reduces environmental impact. It’s a simple switch that keeps design clean and sustainability in mind.
Recycled PET
The covers of our split-wire notebooks are made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a material repurposed from plastic bottles. It’s durable, adaptable, and helps reduce plastic waste, giving new life to what would otherwise be discarded.

The bodies of all our writing utensils are made from recycled PP
Vegan leather
Our soft cover journals are wrapped in vegan leather made from recycled polyurethane. It has the same refined look and feel as traditional leather—just without the animal products.
Recycled ABS Plastic
Recycled Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is a tough, impact-resistant plastic that we use to create durable parts of our supplies. By giving this material a second life, we keep high-quality plastics in use while reducing waste.
